By using Fuelition you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuelition. You access the service by signing in with a Google account; you are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fuelition for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to: scrape or programmatically extract data; abuse the AI food search beyond reasonable personal use; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; reverse-engineer the service; or use Fuelition to harass, deceive, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Fuelition is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Macro and calorie values are estimates — including AI-generated estimates from search — and should not be relied on for medical decisions. Talk to a qualified health professional about diet and health choices that affect you.
Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page (currently $9 per month). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription link in your account; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Fuelition's food search uses AI to estimate nutrition. AI output can be inaccurate. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any specific result. Always verify if accuracy matters for your goals.
You can stop using Fuelition at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the service.
Fuelition is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuelition and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
