Fuelition is a minimalist macro tracker. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and honest.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier. We use this to identify you across sessions and devices.
Food log data. The foods you log, daily targets you set, and related body-composition inputs (sex, age, height, weight, body fat, activity, goal) are stored against your account so they sync across devices. If you are not signed in, this data lives only in your browser.
AI food search queries. When you search for a food, your query text is sent to Anthropic to estimate nutrition values. Voice input is transcribed in your browser before being sent the same way. We do not store the queries ourselves; Anthropic processes them under their own terms.
Subscription information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Stripe gives us a customer ID and your subscription tier, which we store on your account.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features get used. Events are anonymized; we do not send your name, email, or food log data to Analytics.
Account data and food logs live in Google Firestore (Firebase). AI search queries are processed transiently by Anthropic. Payment data lives at Stripe. Analytics events live at Google Analytics. When you are signed out, your food log lives only in your browser's local storage.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with the sub-processors above (Google, Anthropic, Stripe) to operate the service, or where required by law.
Pro users can export their food log as JSON from the Settings dialog. You can sign out at any time, which clears the local session. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email us at info@fuelition.life.
Fuelition is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
